Your client portal is now accessible from your clinic’s location page. Find your clinic by going to the Locations page or searching for your clinic using the search feature.

Click the purple “Client Portal” button in the contact section at the top of the page

Once you are on your clinic’s location page, click the “Client Portal” button in the contact section at the top of the page. If your clinic does not have a portal linked, please call them for assistance.
